Day's Floor Company began as a small storefront and warehouse in Springfield, MO. David and Melody Day started in 1993 with only a potential customer list and the help of a flooring mentor, Weston Horst. With a dedication to see customers happy and a growing business, David and Melody opened a second location in Marshfield, closer to home.

In 2010, at a time when new housing construction had all but completely stopped and many were struggling to make ends meet, David and Melody combined a tough decision with a new opportunity. They elected to close their Springfield location and build a new store building and warehouse in Marshfield. Today, Day's Floor Company operates out of the Marshfield location six days a week and keeps six employees and twelve installers busy.

With residential flooring solutions and commercial applications, the company has actually expanded its boundaries since moving to a single location. The company does work from Marshfield to Springfield, to Kansas City. With a desire to provide professional service and products to customers from all walks.
